3. Bookings and Payments

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a deposit and written confirmation from us.

Payment Terms: Full payment must be made 7 days before the ceremony.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be notified in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, except under exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Rescheduling: Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee.
 
4. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information for the planning and legalisation of your ceremony.

Ensuring all required legal documents are submitted on time (for legal weddings).

Informing us of any changes to your ceremony requirements promptly.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or cancellation of your ceremony.
