Who am I?
I am Catherine Cronin, a FuturFaith Minister and a HSE Registered Wedding Solemniser.
At FuturFaith, we represent an inclusive approach that embraces All Faiths, Mixed Faiths, Semi-Faith and No Faith. We believe in respecting and celebrating a diverse range of beliefs and traditions.
I will work with people of diverse belief, gender orientation, colour, nationality and culture.
A little bit about me...
I am a retired Primary School Teacher. I spent 38 years teaching in a Catholic school. For most of this time I was teaching children with additional needs. During my career, I observed a huge change in the spiritual and cultural nature of our country. Ireland now embraces people of many religions or none. We have people from countries all over the world , who have their own traditions and cultures. We were the first country in the world to introduce same sex marriage. It became obvious to me that traditional religious- based wedding ceremonies no longer suit everyone. This is why I became a FuturFaith minister.
At CSICeremonies.ie, I am committed to creating memorable wedding ceremonies in Cork and indeed all over Ireland. I work closely with couples to plan a day that reflects their unique story and values. Every ceremony is crafted with care and professionalism.
